Educational Partnerships: Webinar

The Care Continuum Alliance (CCA) organizes webinars in partnership with member organizations to serve as an educational avenue for knowledge sharing and community building to raise the profile of the population health industry as a whole. These 60-minutes webinars, hosted and managed by CCA, allow organizations to reach an engaged audience with live audio and slides.
